AUTHENTICATE YOUR "MY AKC" ACCOUNT To have access to online entries, you must first have an authenticated MY AKC account: 1.  Go to the web site at www.akc.org  2.  The MY AKC log in tools are located in the upper right hand corner of the home page. To create an account, select the Create Account link which is located underneath the Enter User Password field  3. Complete the required fields on the Create Account Page 4. At the bottom of the Create Account page you will be given the option to authenticate your account instantly using a credit card. You will need to have an authenticated account to utilize all the online plan features. 5.   To authenticate your account at a later date, log into MY AKC and go to the Breeder and Dog owner section located in the upper left middle of the page. Choose the credit card option or the Request an Access Code option. 6.   If you choose the Access Code option, you will need to know your dog’s certification date. This information can be found on your dog’s AKC registration certificate.  Once your account is authenticated, you will be able to use the many services that MY AKC has to offer.
